4th Place 2015 Bayou Life/Monroe-West Convention & Visitors Bureau Photo Contest
Originally known as Ft. Miro, the city of Monroe was incorporated in 1906 and is the 8th largest city in LA. It was the original site for Delta Airlines as well as the home to Coca Cola's first bottler, Joseph Biedharn. Monroe's neighboring city- West Monroe- is well known these days as being the home of the Robertson's of Duck Dynasty fame.
